Marcia Giordano Director of Youth	Marcia graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources, Outdoor Recreation and Management.  A member of Shades Valley for 8 years, she has been active with the youth for over 5 years and became director in 1999.  Growing up in the Lutheran church has given her an extensive commitment to youth and a purpose for furthering Christ's commission in the world.  Marcia and her husband have three children.
Crystal M. Mittermaier Director of Music	Crystal is a graduate of Capital University and has been Director of Music and Organist at Shades Valley Lutheran since 1985.
